Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026. By installing, signing in, or paying for CrimeCode you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

CrimeCode ("we", "us") provides desktop, web, and command-line development tools with AI integrations and team collaboration. The public Windows desktop installer is distributed from ai.crimecode.cc, the web application runs at app.crimecode.cc, and service APIs run at api.crimecode.cc and ai.crimecode.cc.

2. Who can use CrimeCode

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The service is intended for lawful security research, fraud investigation, and general software-engineering work. You may not use CrimeCode to plan, facilitate or execute criminal activity that would be unlawful in your country of residence or the country where the affected party resides.

3. Subscription plans

CrimeCode is sold in three plan periods:

• Monthly — $20 USD per month, recurring only if you place a new order manually. We do not auto-charge.
• Annual — $200 USD per year, same manual-renewal model.
• Lifetime — $500 USD one-time, no expiry.

Prices are listed in USD. Card payments are processed on Stripe's hosted checkout. On-chain payments are accepted in BTC, LTC and ETH at the exchange rate quoted by our bot at order time; the rate is locked for the duration of the 60-minute payment window.

4. License grant

When payment is confirmed, we issue you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CrimeCode for the duration of your plan (or indefinitely for Lifetime). The license is tied to your CrimeCode customer account or issued license token. Sharing access with third parties outside an included team, or attempting to evade account limits, may result in revocation.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is the same for card and crypto purchases:

• Monthly / Annual: full refund within 7 days of payment, provided the license has not been heavily used (ambiguous — we judge fairly).
• Lifetime: full refund within 30 days, provided the license token has not been activated on any device.
• Beyond these windows, refunds are at our sole discretion.

Refund requests go to @OpCrime1312 or hello@crimecode.cc with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment rail where technically possible; crypto refunds require a verified destination wallet.

6. Teams

An Annual or Lifetime license can support a team of up to 20 members. The account holder (the payer) is the initial owner and retains ultimate authority (delete team, transfer ownership). Admins may add or remove members but cannot delete or rename the team. Members have read-only access to the team's workspace metadata.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CrimeCode, or the infrastructure behind it, to:

• Reverse-engineer the license-verification signature or evade paywalls.
• Submit content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights.
• Interact with or attack third parties' systems without their explicit authorization.
• Host or distribute malware, phishing kits, or material that exploits minors.
• Interfere with other users' service availability (DoS, credential stuffing, brute-forcing wallets).

We may suspend or revoke your license (without refund) if we determine, in good faith, that you have breached this section.

8. Intellectual property

CrimeCode's source code is partly open-source and partly proprietary. The trademarks "CrimeCode", the glitch wordmark, and the crimson brand palette are owned by us. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

CrimeCode is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Your use of the service, and of any research output produced with it, is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm).

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in section 5.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and of the operator's country of establishment (Italy). Any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal discussion will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
