General
What is CrimeCode?
CrimeCode is a desktop + web IDE designed for fraud research and security tooling. It bundles the editor, terminal, AI assistants, and team collaboration into a single privacy-first app.
On what platforms does it run?
The public desktop installer supports Windows x64. The web app runs in modern Chromium, Firefox, and Safari browsers, and the CLI quick install supports terminal workflows on macOS and Linux.
Do I need to create an account?
Not for the two-day trial. Paid access, cloud sync, and teams require an account: use a one-time PIN through @CrimeCodeSub_bot, or create an email, username, and password account during web checkout.
Payment
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), and Ethereum (ETH). The bot generates wallet addresses with the exact amount per plan and detects your payment automatically on-chain.
How fast does payment confirm?
Usually 1–15 minutes depending on network congestion. The bot polls the chain every 60 seconds and DMs you the license token as soon as confirmations meet the threshold (1 for BTC/LTC, 6 for ETH).
Do you accept cards, PayPal, or bank transfer?
Cards are accepted through Stripe's hosted checkout. CrimeCode does not receive or store your card number. PayPal and bank transfer are not currently offered.
What if I send the wrong amount?
The bot matches transactions by exact amount (including a unique discriminator). If your transaction doesn't match, contact @OpCrime1312 with your tx hash and order ID — we reconcile manually.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of a monthly/annual order or 30 days for lifetime (if you haven't activated). Refunds are manual — message @OpCrime1312.
Licenses
Can I use my license on multiple devices?
Yes. The license is tied to your CrimeCode account rather than one machine. Sign in with the same account on each device and your license follows you.
What happens when my monthly/annual expires?
You'll get a reminder 7 days before expiry, plus an urgent one 24 hours before. After expiry the app shows the paywall again — nothing breaks, you just need a new order.
Does lifetime really mean lifetime?
Yes — the license token doesn't carry an expiry. All future desktop/web updates are included. The only way you lose access is if we explicitly revoke (fraud, chargeback, ToS violation).
Can I use CrimeCode offline?
Yes. After the first online activation the client caches the license for 7 days. It re-verifies in the background when you're online — if the server says "expired" or "revoked" within 7 days the local copy is updated. You can work offline indefinitely as long as you reconnect at least once a week.
Teams
How many members can I add?
Up to 20 members per team on the Annual and Lifetime plans. Monthly is intended for individuals — team creation is disabled on monthly plans.
Do my team members each need to pay?
No. One Annual or Lifetime license covers the whole team. Add members by their Telegram handle or email — the invite is auto-accepted on their next sign-in.
What are the roles?
Owner: full control (add/remove, rename, delete team, change roles).
Admin: can add/remove members, cancel invites.
Member: can see team workspace and live sessions.
What are live sessions?
When you switch to a team workspace, you can publish your current editor session. Other members see a live badge, can join, and can see shared cursor presence while the session is active.
Privacy & security
What data do you store?
Depending on how you sign in, we store your email, username, password hash, or Telegram handle/user ID; plus orders, license records, session metadata, and data you explicitly sync. Stripe handles card details, so CrimeCode never stores your card number.
Where is the data stored?
On a Hetzner-hosted server in Helsinki (EU), with encrypted backups to object storage. See the Privacy Policy for the current processor and retention details.
Is my code ever sent to your servers?
No. The desktop IDE runs locally and only the cloud sync endpoints (/license/sync/*) receive data you explicitly push — limited to 64 KB per key and only for preferences / recent paths.
How do I delete my account?
DM @OpCrime1312 from your linked Telegram account or email hello@crimecode.cc from your account address. We'll verify the request, delete account data, and invalidate sessions within 7 days.
